A 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of Cutchogue and New Suffolk, LI. It maintains the Cutchogue Village Green and Old Burying Ground as a living memorial to the original founders and all residents of Cutchogue and New Suffolk.
The Cutchogue -New Suffolk Historical Council and the North Fork Promotional invite you to celebrate 50 years of vineyards on the North Fork on July 13, 2023 from 5:30-8:30. Enjoy some of the best wines and food from local establishments while listening to a string trio and oboe perform classical music under a tent decorated by Salt Air Farm Florals on the beautiful Village Green in Cutchogue. This event will be part of the 8th edition of the Rites of Spring Music Festival, featuring a string trio and oboe. Louisa Hargrave, Long Island wine region founder, will be the honoree for the evening, and we will be recognizing agricultural consultant Bill Sanok & restaurateur John Ross for their roles in advancing the LI wine industry.
