A 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of Cutchogue and New Suffolk, LI. It maintains the Cutchogue Village Green and Old Burying Ground as a living memorial to the original founders and all residents of Cutchogue and New Suffolk.
On Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 4:00 pm, Amy Folk will be giving a talk on her book “Murder on Long Island, A 19thCentury Tale of Tragedy & Revenge,” which tells the tale of the Wickham family of Cutchogue who was murdered by a farmhand. The talk will be held in the Community Room of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Library. It will be followed by a sunset tour of the Wickham house which had connections to the murders and if anyone wants to stay, a tour of the Old House.
